Troy PrieveVerified

I’m Troy Prieve, founder of BizzVitals Clinic.

Backed by 20 years across business operations, banking, and project management—plus modern credentials in Supply Chain, PM, and BI—I help trade operators and service businesses eliminate administrative drag. I treat operations like vital signs: diagnosing where cash and hours leak, and deploying AI and smart workflows as the great equalizer to give owners their evenings back. Zero jargon, just leverage. What I can offer: Straightforward operational triage. If your crew is losing time to manual paperwork, broken handoffs, or clunky systems, I help pinpoint the bottleneck and build low-maintenance fixes your team will actually use on day one. What I’m looking for: Honest collaboration. I’m here to connect with fellow operators, trade pros, and service leaders who want to run cleaner, healthier businesses. Reach out anytime to compare notes or talk shop.
