About Event
This is an online course designed to improve workplace questioning skills, taking place on December 11 and December 15, 2026, from 2 PM to 5 PM each day. The course will introduce how to leverage AI to enhance questioning effectiveness, helping participants to clarify issues, understand others, and drive consensus at work. This event combines DISC assessment, allowing participants to gain deeper insights into their communication styles and learn the REACH efficient questioning framework, from defining objectives to reaching agreements. Through simulated real-life scenarios, participants can apply what they have learned in personalized dialogue practice, further improving collaboration with supervisors and across departments.
