About Event
On December 18, 2026, a live virtual session on Mental Health First Aid will be held via Microsoft Teams or Zoom from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This training teaches participants how to recognize mental health and substance use challenges, provide support, and connect individuals to professional resources. The course includes approximately two hours of self-paced online pre-work, which must be completed before the live session. Participants will acquire practical skills to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues. The registration fee is $30 per person.
