About Event
The 2026 EXOS Sports Performance Specialist Certification Course, Phase 1, will be held from October 30 to November 2, 2026, at NewOne Fit in Taipei. This course, organized by EXOS, the leading global education brand in sports performance, focuses on various training methods used by elite athletes in the NBA, NFL, and Olympic Games. Participants will learn about essential training components such as Pillar Prep, Movement Prep, core stability, strength, explosive power, speed training, energy systems, and recovery strategies. This comprehensive program is taught by an international team of EXOS instructors and includes the opportunity to earn XPS international certification as well as ACSM and NASM credits.
