Exchanging points for VIP

You exchange points for free VIP: 100 points = 7 days, 350 points = 30 days. The exchange works straight away, once every 30 days.

How it works

When you have enough points, a claim button appears on the points screen. After you confirm, VIP turns on straight away, and the cost of the chosen option leaves your balance. If you already have VIP, we add the days to the end of the current period.

You can claim VIP for points at most once every 30 days (counted from your last claim). Until then you will see “Next claim from …” next to the option - you can keep collecting points in the meantime.

On the website: claiming VIP

  1. Go to mybzz.com/rewards.
  2. When you have enough points, click “Get 7 days of VIP” (or “Claim” next to the option you want).
  3. Check the summary: “VIP for 7 days, valid until …” and “100 pts will be used.”.
  4. Click “Claim”. You will see “Done! You have VIP until …”.

In the app: claiming VIP

  1. Tap your photo in the top left corner of the home screen (or swipe from the left edge) - the menu opens.
  2. Tap “Points”.
  3. When you have enough points, tap “Get 7 days of VIP” or “Get 30 days of VIP”.
  4. Confirm with “Claim”. The VIP end date will appear as “You have VIP until …”.

Good to know

  • The exchange does not lower your ranking position - the ranking counts points earned in the month, not your balance.
  • You do not have to claim straight away - points do not expire. You can keep collecting for 30 days.
  • If you have a renewing paid subscription, free days do not move the payment date. See “Free VIP and paid VIP: how they add up”.
  • Claimed VIP cannot be undone or turned back into points.
Tip: If you collect regularly, it pays to wait for 350 points: 30 days of VIP is more than 4 times longer than 7 days, and costs only 3.5 times as much.

Frequently asked questions

I have 400 points, but I cannot claim VIP.

You probably claimed VIP for points within the last 30 days. You see the date of the next claim next to the option (“Next claim from …”).

Can I claim 7 days twice?

Not straight away - the next claim is possible 30 days after the previous one.

What happens to the rest of my points?

They stay on your balance and you can exchange them at your next claim.
