Inviting friends
Invite friends with your link: you get +30 points for each person who joins and confirms their account, and your friend gets VIP days to start with.
How it works
You have your own invitation link (mybzz.com/invite/your-code). When someone opens it, we remember the invitation in their browser for 30 days. If they create a new account during that time, the invitation is yours.
We give out the rewards when your friend confirms it is a real account: they add a photo and confirm their phone or email. We check this automatically every hour for 30 days after they join. Then you get +30 points, and your friend a few days of VIP to start with (usually 3 - the exact number is shown on the invitation page).
Your code is also added to every link you share on mybzz.com (post, event, offer, profile). Someone who joins from such a link also counts as a friend you invited.
How to invite
On the website: inviting
- Go to mybzz.com/invite or in the top menu click “More” → “Invite friends”.
- In “Your invite link” click “Copy link” or choose LinkedIn, Facebook or WhatsApp.
- You can also use “Find friends in your contacts” - you will see who is already on Mybzz and whom to invite.
- Below, in “Your invites”, you see visits from your link, sign-ups and the points earned.
In the app: inviting
- Tap your photo in the top left corner of the home screen (or swipe from the left edge) - the menu opens.
- Tap “Points”, then the “Invite a friend” task (or at the bottom “More” → “Invite friends”).
- In “Your invite link” tap “Copy link” or “Share”.
- You will see the statistics in “Your invites”.
Your own link
On the website: changing your link
- On mybzz.com/invite click “Change link” next to the link.
- Enter 3-24 characters: lowercase letters, digits and a hyphen (not at the start or end).
- Click “Save”. The old link still works.
You can change the link once every 7 days. You cannot use reserved words (e.g. “mybzz”, “admin”, “vip”) or a link someone else already has. You cannot change the link in the app - do it on the website.
Good to know
- We only assign an invitation to a new account - created at most 14 days earlier. A person who already has an older account will not become your invitee.
- Your friend must open your link before signing up. The code cannot be entered manually in the app.
- You cannot invite yourself, and one account can have only one inviter.
- For a new person simply visiting through your link you get +1 point (up to 20 points a day), even if they do not create an account.
- The first invitation gives the “Ambassador” badge (+10), the fifth “Connector” (+30), the twentieth “Super connector” (+100).
Frequently asked questions
My friend created an account, but I have no points.
The invitation is waiting for a photo and a confirmed phone or email (status “waiting for a photo and verification”). Once your friend does this, the points appear within an hour.
My friend downloaded the app from my link. Does that count?
Yes, if they opened your link before creating an account.
Does my friend have to buy VIP?
No. It is enough that they join and confirm their account.
Something not working?
The link shows “This invitation link does not work”.
Check that the link was copied in full. If you changed your link, both the new and the old one work.
I cannot save a new link.
You can change the link once every 7 days - the message shows the date of the next change. Also check that it is not taken and has 3-24 allowed characters.
