Promoting a brand

A promoted brand sits at the very start of the “Brand reels” bar - the first thing everyone who enters the catalog sees. It is a monthly subscription with a “Promoted” label.

How it works

  • A spot at the start of the reels bar on the catalog home page, right after “Watch”.
  • Fair rotation - when there are several promoted brands, a different one comes first every hour.
  • A clear “Promoted” label - visitors know it is an ad.
  • Renews every month. You cancel whenever you want, and the promotion lasts until the end of the paid period.
  • The price is shown at purchase. When you buy, you keep that price for as long as the subscription lasts.

Promotion does not add points - the ranking position depends only on votes and boosts.

Who can promote

Promotion is bought by the brand administrator, and the brand must already be published in the catalog. You pay by card via Stripe. Before paying you tick your consent to the service starting.

Buying on the website

On mybzz.com

  1. Go to mybzz.com/brands and click the “Add a brand” tile in the reels bar or “Promote” on your brand's page.
  2. In “Which brand do you want to promote?” choose the brand.
  3. Click “Buy” and pay in Stripe.
  4. After payment you will see that the promotion will start once Stripe confirms the payment - usually within a few seconds.

In the app (Android and iPhone)

  1. Tap your photo in the top left corner to open the menu.
  2. Tap “Brand directory”, open your brand and choose promotion.
  3. The payment opens in your browser, and afterwards you come back to the app.

Cancelling

On mybzz.com

  1. Open your brand's page.
  2. Next to the promotion click “Cancel renewal” and confirm.
  3. The brand is promoted until the end of the paid period (“The promotion runs until …”). “Resume” turns renewal back on at the same price.
Note: You cancel promotion on the brand page - it is not in the list of subscriptions in Settings.

Frequently asked questions

Does promotion improve the ranking position?

No. Promotion gives you a spot at the start of the reels bar. Only votes and boosts decide the ranking.

How much does promotion cost?

The price is shown at purchase. You keep it for as long as the subscription lasts.

Can I promote several brands?

Yes - you promote each brand with a separate subscription.

Something not working?

I do not see my brand in the list to promote.

The brand must be published in the catalog and must not already have an active promotion. You also have to be its administrator.
