Signing in on a new phone and several devices
You can use Mybzz on your computer, phone and tablet at the same time. Here is how to move your account to a new phone and how to sign out of devices you no longer have.
How it works
Your account is tied to your phone number, not to a device. When you sign in on a new device, you enter your number and the SMS code. Other devices stay signed in - we do not sign them out automatically. There is no device limit.
Everything you do is saved to your account: profile, chats, contacts, points and VIP. On a new device you will see the same as on the old one.
New phone, same number
In the app (Android and iPhone)
- Install Mybzz from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap “Already have an account? Sign in”, enter your number and tap “Continue”.
- Enter the SMS code. Done - you see your account.
- Allow notifications if the app asks, so you do not miss messages.
On mybzz.com
- You do not need to change anything on the website. If you were signed in on your computer, you still are.
New phone and new number
If you also have a new number, first change the number on your account. If you still have access to the old number or are signed in somewhere, do it in Settings. If you have no access to the old number, use the “Can't access this number?” link on the sign-in screen. We describe both ways in the article “Changing your phone number”.
Lost or stolen phone
There is no separate list of signed-in devices. Signing out of all devices is part of changing your number through the “Can't access this number?” link. After the number is changed we ask: “Sign you out of all devices?”. Choose “Yes, sign out everywhere” - the app and the website on other devices will be signed out. You have 24 hours from the change to decide.

- Click your photo in the top right corner and choose “Log out”.
In the app (Android and iPhone)
- Settings → at the very bottom “Sign Out” → “Yes”.
Good to know
- Signing out only works on the device where you click it.
- Notifications arrive on every device where you are signed in and have them turned on.
- The theme (light or dark) on the website is remembered by your browser, so you set it separately on each computer. The language is saved to your account.
Frequently asked questions
Will signing in on a new phone sign me out on the old one?

How do I see where I am signed in?
There is no such list. If you suspect someone has access to your account, message us in the chat.
Will my chats move to the new phone?
Yes. Chats are saved to your account, not on your phone.
