Invoices

For every payment on the website - the first one and every renewal - we issue a VAT invoice. It arrives by email and you can download it in settings. For purchases in the app the document is issued by Apple or Google.

How it works

After every successful payment on the website (VIP, and also an offer feature or a dofollow link) we automatically issue an invoice and send it as a PDF to the email given in the Stripe payment window. The same invoice is waiting for you in your account settings.

We issue the invoice to the details from the payment. As a private person you enter your full name and address in Stripe. If you are buying as a company, tick purchasing as a business in the payment window and enter your tax ID - the invoice will be made out to the company.

Where to download your invoice

On the website: downloading an invoice

  1. Click your photo in the top bar → “Settings” → “VIP and subscription”.
  2. Scroll to “Payment history and invoices” and expand “Invoices”.
  3. Next to the invoice you want, click “Download PDF”.

In the app

  1. The app has no list of VIP invoices - you download them on mybzz.com.
  2. For VIP bought in the app the invoice or receipt is issued by the store: Apple sends it by email and shows it in your purchase history, Google - in your Google Play order history.

Invoice details

On the website: changing details for future invoices

  1. “Settings” → “VIP and subscription” → “Manage payment”.
  2. In the Stripe portal change your billing details. The new details will go on future invoices.

Good to know

  • With a subscription you get a separate invoice for each renewal, so there may be more invoices than items in “Purchase history”.
  • You cannot change the details on an invoice that has already been issued yourself - message us and we will prepare a correction.
  • Invoices for tickets to paid events are issued by the organiser, not Mybzz.
Tip: Buying for a company? Enter your tax ID already in the payment window - then the first invoice will be made out to the company straight away and no correction is needed.

Frequently asked questions

I did not get the invoice by email.

Check your spam folder and the email address given in the Stripe window. You can always download the invoice in “VIP and subscription” → “Invoices” → “Download PDF”.

The invoice is made out to me, but it should have been to my company.

Message us in the chat with your tax ID and company details - we will prepare a correction. You can set future invoices to your company in “Manage payment”.

I bought VIP in the app. Where is the invoice?

It is issued by the store - Apple or Google. Mybzz does not issue invoices for purchases in the app.
