Who wants to meet you

“They want to meet you” are the people who chose “Add” on your profile and are waiting for your answer. Without VIP you see how many there are, and with VIP - who they are.

How it works

The list has the people who said “yes” to you in Meet while you have not decided yet. When you answer “Add”, a connection is made straight away and you can message each other. When you choose “Skip”, the person disappears from the list.

What you see without VIP and with VIP

  • Without VIP on the website: the number of people, blurred photo thumbnails, the job title only (no company), the approximate distance (“within … km of you”) and when this person added you. No names.
  • Without VIP in the app: “Someone”, a blurred photo and the job title.
  • With VIP: the name, photo and full profile of each person, and buttons to answer.

On the website: the “They want to meet you” list

  1. Click the “They want to meet you” card in the feed, the “Wants to meet you” tab in the right column or the notification under the bell. They all lead to mybzz.com/who-wants-to-meet.
  2. Without VIP click “See who it is” to unlock the list.
  3. With VIP choose “Add” (connection and ability to message) or “Skip” for each person.
  4. After connecting, click “Message”.

In the app: the “They want to meet you” list

  1. On the “Home” screen tap the “They want to meet you” bar or the notification under the rocket icon.
  2. On the “Check Who Wants to Meet You” screen tap “Check Them”.
  3. With VIP choose “Skip” for a person or connect. Without VIP the app takes you to the VIP page.

Good to know

  • The “Someone wants to meet you” notification does not reveal the name without VIP - this is intentional.
  • People with a frozen, blocked or deleted account disappear from the list.
  • You may also come across the same people in your “For You” cards. If you choose “Add” there, the connection is made straight away.
  • You can buy VIP in the app or on the website. Current prices: $29/month or $249/year.
Tip: Do not put off answering. The person who added you is interested right now - after connecting, send a short message about what you have in common.

Frequently asked questions

Can I find out who added me without VIP?

Not directly. That person may, however, show up in your “For You” cards - if you add them there, a connection is made.

Does the person know I skipped them?

No. We do not send a notification for “Skip”.

Why did the number of people go down?

Someone may have frozen or deleted their account, been blocked, or you have already answered them.
