Advanced search
You look for specific people: by full name, job title, skills, employment type and place - or you describe in a plain sentence who you need. Results are available with VIP.
How it works
You can fill in the form without VIP, but you only see the results with VIP - clicking “Search” without VIP opens the VIP page. You must choose at least one parameter.
- “Describe who you are looking for” - type a plain sentence, e.g. “startup investor from Poland”. We turn it into filters and show under “We'll show:” how we understood it. You can also click one of the popular examples.
- “Full name” - searching for a specific person.
- “Type of Employment” - Self-employed, Business owner, Employee, Other.
- “Current Position”, “Skills”, “Location”.
Location searches for people within 30 km of the chosen place. If nobody matches the description exactly, we loosen the criteria and say: “There are no people exactly like that yet - showing the closest matches”.
On the website: searching

- Type a description or set filters and tap “Search”.
What we show in the results
- First people with a photo, then by distance.
- We usually leave out people you are already connected with and those you have already added. When searching by name or by description, we show them with their card status.
- When you search for your own full name, you will also see your own profile - this way you can check how you look in the results.
- We never show blocked people or people with a hidden profile.
Searching for people by name in the search bar at the top of the website is also part of VIP. Without VIP you only see how many people match.
