Finding events

On Mybzz you will find business events from all over the world and online: conferences, networking, training, trade fairs. You filter by date, place, price and category, or browse them on a map.

How it works

The event list is public - you can browse it even without an account. At first you see events from the country that matches the website language, and after signing in - from the country in your profile. At any time you can switch to “Worldwide”, another country or online events only.

Events are added by Mybzz users, and some come to us from organisers' public websites. For such events registration is run by the organiser on their own website - Mybzz shows the event and takes you to its link.

  • “Trending now” - ordered by boosts 🚀. The more people boost an event, the higher it appears.
  • “Near you” - events within 50 km of you.
  • “Browse by category” - e.g. Networking, Startups, AI, Investing, Marketing, Trade fairs and exhibitions, Education and training.
  • “Upcoming events” - the full list, ordered by date.

Searching on the website

On the website: search and filters

  1. Click “Events” in the top menu (or go to mybzz.com/business-events).
  2. Type a name or topic in the “Search events…” field.
  3. Choose the date: “Any time”, “Today”, “This weekend”, “This week” or “This month”.
  4. Choose the place: “🌍 Worldwide”, “Country” (a list of countries with the number of events opens) or “💻 Online”.
  5. Narrow down by price: “Free” or “Paid”. Click again to turn the filter off.
  6. Click a category in the “Browse by category” section. “Clear filters” resets everything.
  7. Click an event to see the details, date, place and list of attendees.

On the website: event map

  1. In the event list switch the view from “List” to “Map”, or click “Open map” in the “Near you” card.
  2. Click “Show what's near me” and allow your browser to use your location to see events around you.
  3. Pan and zoom the map - the list on the side shows events from the visible area.

Searching in the app

In the app (Android and iPhone)

  1. Tap “Events” in the bottom menu.
  2. The first tab at the top is the list of all events.
  3. Use the search and filters: date, whole world, country or online, free or paid, categories.
  4. The “Near you” section and the map work the same as on the website - the app will ask for access to your location.
  5. Tap an event to open the details.

Good to know

  • The “Paid” filter shows events you pay for with the organiser. Mybzz does not sell tickets for these events - the button takes you to the organiser's website.
  • “This week” means today and the next 6 days, and “This month” - the next 30 days.
  • You can translate event descriptions in other languages with the “Translate to …” button, and “Show originals” goes back to the original text.
  • Events from a given country and city also have their own pages, e.g. mybzz.com/business-events/in/… - such links are easy to send to someone.
Tip: Save an interesting event with the “Boost” button - it goes to “Boosted events”, and you also push it higher in “Trending now”.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to browse events?

No. The list, map and event pages are public. You need an account to join an event, boost it or create your own.

Why do I see events from only one country?

By default we show the country from your profile (or the one matching the website language). Choose “🌍 Worldwide” or another country in the place filter.

How does “Near you” work?

It shows events within 50 km of you. We take your location from your profile or your approximate position, and after you click “Show what's near me” - from your browser.

Where do events that nobody on Mybzz added come from?

We add some events based on public information from organisers' websites. Registration for them is run by the organiser - you will see a button with their website address. The organiser can claim such an event and manage it on Mybzz.

Something not working?

The map does not load.

Refresh the page. If your browser blocks external content, the map may not load - try another browser.

“Show what's near me” does nothing.

Your browser has blocked access to your location. Allow location for mybzz.com in your browser settings and click again.

Nothing matches the filters.

Click “Clear filters” or change the date, category or place. You can also look at the map.
